	Our Mission.  To facilitate common-sense, critical thinking about the root causes of the crisis in the Catholic Church and to present ideas for church reform that reflect the teachings of Jesus.
	Our Vision.  An inclusive church that integrates God's revelation in the gospel of Jesus with the principles of equality and governance of the Declaration of Independence and with the knowledge of the world provided by the physical and social sciences.
	Who We Are.  Frank Douglas is retired and lives in Tucson, Arizona. As an independent software and management consultant, he had his own business for 20 years. He has worked as a college-level mathematics teacher, computer programmer, project manager, proposal manager, and specialist in software quality assurance. A cradle Catholic, Mr. Douglas has had a life-long interest in his church and its relation to American society and culture.
